Q: How much does the Eyecare Plan cost?

It starts from just £9 a month, collected by Direct Debit. After the initial 12 months, it rolls on with no tie-in.

Q: What is included in the plan?

Eye examinations as and when you need them, OCT scanning, savings on new eyewear and sunglasses, savings on contact lens purchases, telephone consultations, unlimited adjustments and minor repairs, and priority booking.

Q: Can my whole family join?

Absolutely. Each family member can have their own plan, and we offer a family discount when two or more people from the same household join. Just ask us for details.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?

After your initial 12-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel within the first 12 months, a small settlement fee may apply to cover the value of services already received.

Q: Can I use the plan discounts immediately?

Yes, your frame and lens discounts are available from day one. Your annual eye examination can be booked as soon as your first payment is processed.

Q: Does the plan cover contact lenses?

The plan includes savings on contact lens purchases. Contact lens supply is separate, but plan members get preferential pricing on our lens packages.
